For optimal taste, we recommend consuming them within 1 hour of delivery or pickup (if not refrigerated) or 3 hours (if refrigerated). If you have any questions about handling or storage, don't hesitate to reach out - we're here to help make everything perfect for you!
  • Why some cheese vendor claims their platter can last longer? Different types of cheese, storage conditions, and production methods can all impact the shelf life of cheese. While it's not necessarily unsafe to consume cheese past its shelf life, it may not be as fresh or flavorful. We always aim to provide the best quality and taste, so we recommend following the storage and handling instructions to ensure you're getting the most delicious experience with our products.

  • Please be aware that our cheese platters may contain nuts, dairy, and non-gluten-free ingredients.     Placing Order

  • We're an online-only business, so orders for our cheese platters must be placed through our online portal. We hope this makes it easy for you to enjoy our products from the comfort of your own home.
  • Once you have confirmed your selections and submitted your order online, we will be in contact within 1 business day to finalize payment method and delivery details. Thank you for your business and we look forward to fulfilling your order.
  • Payments

  • Time to celebrate! Full payment is required to confirm your cheese platter order and get the party started.
  • For your convenience, we accept Paynow and bank transfer as payment methods. Upon contact from our team, we will provide you with the necessary bank information for the selected payment method.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accept cash-on-delivery as payment, as we need to prepare the products prior to delivery.
  • Delivery

  • We're excited to bring our cheese platters right to your doorstep with our door step delivery service, available to all locations in Singapore between 10am and 8pm daily. And if you need us to come outside of these times, don't worry - there's a small surcharge of $15 to cover the extra delivery effort.   • We understand that receiving your cheese platters is important to you, and we are here to ensure everything goes smoothly. To help with that, we just need a local phone number as the delivery contact. So that we can keep you updated on the status of your order and make sure it arrives on time.
  • To ensure the best possible experience with your cheese platters, we just ask that the recipient be reachable during the confirmed timeslot. If the recipient is not reachable and the goods need to be left unattended at the delivery location, we won't be able to keep an eye on them. But don't worry - our cheese platters are so delicious that they won't last long, even if left unattended! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • We understand that things can come up last minute, which is why we offer same-day rescheduling for a small surcharge of $25. That way, you can get your cheese platters exactly when you need them, no matter what life throws your way. Flexibility is key, and we're here to help!
  • Self Pickup

  • If you'd prefer to pick up your cheese platters in person, we offer self pick-up subject to availability of timeslots between 8am and 10pm daily. Please note that we may sometimes be out for delivery, but we'll do our best to work with your schedule. We hope this helps make things more convenient for you!
  • We're happy to offer pick-up for your cheese platters, and our location is super convenient - it's within walking distance of McPherson MRT Station! Just let us know when you're ready to pick up your order, and we'll provide the exact address. Easy peasy!
  • Cancellation and Refund Policies

    Cancellations & Refund

  • We understand that things can come up and plans can change, which is why we allow cancellations before the confirmation and payments. However, once an order has been processed, we are unable to accept cancellations. We hope this helps make things more clear for you!
  • We hope you love your cheese platters as much as we do! If you notice any physical damage or defects when you receive them, just let us know and we'll be happy to provide a replacement. No refunds, but we promise to make things right. Thanks for your understanding.
